If you haven’t received your gallery, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend the link.
All families begin with a $38 registration credit, which can applied to your first purchase.

All printed products are produced by a trusted professional printing partner and come with a lifetime print guarantee.
Your $38 registration fee:
If your total is below $38, the remaining credit cannot be refunded or transferred.
Your gallery will remain open for approximately six months. After this time, galleries may be archived and not immediately accessible.
We recommend placing print orders within the first few weeks to ensure they are included in the bulk delivery for your centre.
What if my child was absent?
If your child missed photo day, you will be emailed to arrange a makeup session first and then refund your $38 registration credit after that.
Check your link and access code, both are case-sensitive. Still not working? Contact us and we’ll resend your access details.
Try downloading on a different device or browser. If you still need help, we can email the files directly to you.
Printed packages are delivered to the centre. If your child has already received theirs, but you’re missing something, contact us and we’ll assist immediately.
